New Radio Show on RTE - The Frugal Household

Michael will be waxing lyrical on producing your own food each week on a new show on RTE Radio 1 called The Frugal Household.  It will be on every Friday evening at 8.30pm from 22 May, presented by Jacqui Corcoran.  Over the course of 12 weeks, Jacqui will be talking to various people about how they are coping with the recession. The series will feature tips on travel, growing your own food, shopping, cooking budget meals, DIY and entertainment.  Michael’s contributions will cover vegetable patch planning, sowing seeds, raised beds, crop rotation, herbs, fruit, keeping hens, chickens and pigs, and urban farming.
